Shipping

Due to COVID-19 all shipments are currently delayed and our delivery times are a little longer than usual. If you are ordering outside of Sweden, please be aware that shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after the payment is received. 

Sweden:

2-3 working days (PostNord AB);

EU countries:

5-7 working days (PostNord AB);

Rest of the world:

10-14 working days (PostNord AB).

Once an order is shipped, we will send you tracking information so you can see where your item is at any time. However, delays do happen sometimes - please contact us if it takes really long.

We are not responsible for parcels that are damaged or lost during transit due to the fault of PostNord AB. No compensations will be issued unless Delivery carrier admits the fault and issues a compensation.
