Return Policy

You can cancel your order before the product sent. If you wish to cancel your order, you must to contact with us and inform via e-mail (see in contact us) providing you name, address, the name of invoice and product. We will return your payments during 30 (working) days.

You can return or exchange your ordered products during 14 (working) days from the day you received the products. You can do that if:

 the order has been cancelled according to these Terms and Conditions by notifying via our e-mail within fourteen (14) days of the product delivery, or product has been shipped to address - Vinciuniskiu gardens 1 str. 32, Vilnius 10241, Lithuania within fourteen (14) days;

the product has not been used other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. 

the product is in identical condition that you received it and all the parts of the product as well as the original invoice are included in the package;

- product is in the original.

If any  products has been damaged during returns or comes without original packaging and may not be accepted.

Any products bought on SALE are not returnable.

Please contact Colours of connection before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Colours of connection and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.


Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition and be in our original package. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Colours of connection suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Colours of connection will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.


Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Colours of connection is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Colours of connection reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
